Samuel 10 months old

It’s been a good 3 months i think. Since my last outburst on Whatsapp, my mum has been better i guess? I am not sure. but i have not heard any nonsense for past few months, and I’ve not heard her cough at all.

So i guess she’s not shouting in the evenings? Nobody can be sure except my dad, mum and Samuel.

Anyway, Samuel has been growing very well. Growing to super size we thought – but i think his weight is at 50th percentile? but  he does feel heavy.

He’s eating well – potato, carrot, salmon, sweet potato, pumpkin, porridge, banana , and recently, Nestle Gerber graduates puffs.

He has started to clap, wave byebye, and pull my hair. He enjoys a good laugh, and he is not grumpy when he wakes up from sleep. And his closest crying we heard was when we went to polyclinic, when we put him down to weigh and measure his height. He cried as badly as when he got his injection. No i dont think he remembers that place. It’s just that he doesnt like to be ‘abandoned’.

When the nurse gave him some wooden cubes to play, he would go slowly and look at the nurse’s reaction, to check if it’s allowed. I think he’s a good and intelligent boy.

JB – we went to Taman Impian Emas to find my dad’s cousin ( Ah foo’s brother ). They cooked Hainanese chicken rice, pomfret fish, otah, and some vege. My cousin is so guai, she would serve us, and wash plates etc. She’s working at PWC JB. The Impian Emas house is damn good. It’s IN the golf course.

We bought some eggs, and Customs say we cannot bring them back but “i will let you slide because go to office waste time; so next time don’t buy ok”. What bs. Previously told me cannot buy milk ( after seeing diapers ). I am not angry at the sloppiness; i’m angry about the inconsistency. Then he told me cannot bring meat back – but seafood is fine.

Singapore investments : We’re going to move some from OC to UOB because of the recent changes to 365 account.

We also gave a cheque to Park Place, so that we can attend the selection event on 25th March 2017. Just like for BTO, we also went through the process ( Yishun; very good number ) before the real thing. It’s good practice.

We’re planning to get a JB house, a SG house for investment, and possibly change car in 2019.

Also trying to cut on consumption so that our weight is more controlled.

Also caught Logan ( our first movie since Samuel was born? ), because Yixin has a free ticket for her birthday month.

We also missed Civil War ( which was highly recommended ), and some other shows. Basically we didn’t bother to watch anything since May 2016.

I intend to watch these again 🙂
