Collected our keys to our first home on 13 May 2015 🙂

Defects check was swift, mostly gaps in the powerpoint sockets.

Wanted to report gaps in the mosaic tiles in the toilet, but Building Service Centre officer said it will take two weeks to rectify. Too long, don’t want to drag till June to start because prices will increase with the rule to use some prepacked sand thingy.

Albert the contractor came to take a look and discuss about the kitchen. Pipe was not at the place we wanted, so will have to do the stove and sink on opposite side layout. Hope it works out! Have the blessings of papachew and mamachew for the layout already 🙂
